zeekay bdecafe11a fix(build): openapi + story declare @hanzo/docs-base-ui (Turbopack resolution) ...

Narrow the previous fix (which cycled base-ui<->cli): only openapi and story
import base-ui subpaths without declaring it. Adding just those two resolves the
6 Turbopack module-not-found errors with no dependency cycle.
