zeekay 6cc7a1c7c4 feat: rename crates to hanzo-edge-*, add CI/CD workflows, landing site

- Rename edge-core → hanzo-edge-core, edge-cli → hanzo-edge, edge-wasm → hanzo-edge-wasm
- Switch candle deps from git to crates.io 0.9
- Add crates.io metadata (homepage, keywords, categories)
- Add GitHub Actions: ci.yml, release.yml, publish.yml, wasm.yml, pages.yml
- Add edge.hanzo.ai landing site (docs/index.html, CNAME, install.sh)
- All monochrome, no build tools, responsive
