- Replace TheBloke/Llama model references with Zen models in docs,
  code comments, and default config (edge-core ModelConfig default)
- Fix publish.yml to use correct crate names (hanzo-edge-core,
  hanzo-edge, hanzo-edge-wasm) instead of directory names
- Fix release.yml and Dockerfile to use package name hanzo-edge
  instead of directory name edge-cli
- Replace upstream model example in docs/index.html quick start
