Documenso already replaced the next-auth library with its own Hono-based auth (packages/auth); the only residual 'NextAuth' was the session-cookie secret env var name. Rename it to the codebase's NEXT_PRIVATE_* convention. Identity flows through @hanzo/iam (hanzo.id) via HanzoAuthOptions.
