getCompletedFieldsForDocument filtered fields by documentId and getActiveSubscriptionsByUserId filtered subscriptions by userId. Fields belong to an envelope and subscriptions to an organisation, and neither column exists — they were already gone before the version sweep — so both failed packages/lib's typecheck, and either would have thrown if called.
