The app's config and stylesheet are Tailwind 3: @tailwind directives, a plugin reading tailwindcss/lib/util/flattenColorPalette, and the plugin handed to PostCSS directly. Tailwind 4 refuses all three, so the image build stopped at the stylesheet. The docs app stays on 4. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_011i2AG9nwpiKUCVxAdDzYuU
