The CLI was declared ^8.0.0-rc.12 while @prisma/client is ^7.10.0, so the
installed CLI answered "No command registered for 'generate'" and the client was
never generated. 1041 of this repo's typecheck errors are @prisma/client having
no exports to import.
This aligns the majors and nothing more. Generate still refuses, now with a
reason worth reading: the schema keeps url = env("DATABASE_URL") in its
datasource and index.ts constructs PrismaClient with datasourceUrl, both of
which Prisma 7 replaced with prisma.config.ts and a constructor adapter (P1012).
That migration is real work on how this service reaches its database, and it is
not a dependency pin.
