subscribe() sets window.location.href, so the signup page loads in the tab
that was clicked; it has never opened a new one. The test waited for a new
page and timed out every run. It now waits for this tab to reach
cloud.hanzo.ai and checks the path and both query parameters, and it answers
the signup request itself, so the run needs no network.
