The build stopped at tsup's dts step. tsup 8.5.1, the last release, passes `baseUrl` to the compiler it uses for declarations, and TypeScript 6 rejects `baseUrl` outright (TS5101), so every cards build failed. That build is the second step of the CI gate (hanzo.yml and .github/workflows/ci.yml), and publish.yml runs it without `|| true`, so it stopped CI and would stop the next npm publish. tsup still bundles the CJS and ESM JavaScript. The declarations come from `tsc -p tsconfig.build.json`, the compiler the package already has, with no option to silence. dist/ gains one .d.ts per source module where tsup wrote one bundled file; `types` still points at dist/index.d.ts.
