Nothing reachable from src/index.ts or src/cli.ts, the two files esbuild bundles, imports search/ (among it a file server and a "secure tunnel"), vector/lancedb-store, ui/unified-ui-tool, ui/index-unified or the autogui barrel, by tsc --listFilesOnly. Both bundles build byte for byte what they did before. mime-types was imported only by search/file-server, so it and its types go, with its --external flag. orchestration/agent-tools stays: tools/index.ts serves it behind --enable-orchestration.
