Replace stale v2.2.2 subset with canonical v2.4.1 source from github.com/hanzoai/mcp. Adds HIP-0300 unified tools (fs, exec, code, git, fetch, workspace), autogui desktop automation, modular search subsystem, Hanzo cloud/platform integration, memory/planning tools, Playwright browser control, ZAP WebSocket transport. Drops heavy tree-sitter and @hanzo/ai deps in favor of lean core with optional deps.
