With the JSX errors gone, shopify's typecheck still failed on main.tsx's
`import '@shopify/polaris/build/esm/styles.css'` with TS2882: Cannot find
module or type declarations for side-effect import. The typecheck runs on
TypeScript 7, which checks side-effect imports by default, and nothing
told it a .css file is a module. esbuild bundles the import into
dist/app.css (build.js), so src/app/css.d.ts declares '*.css' as a module
with nothing in it.
