.npmrc named pkg.hanzo.ai as the registry. That host answers 303, not package metadata, so a frozen install died fetching server-only with a 404 and a clean checkout could not install at all. The lockfile already resolves every package from registry.npmjs.org; the manifest now says the same. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
