zeekay 168078735f docs(license): restore upstream MIT attribution in NOTICE, drop redundant README credit
The rebrand sweep had corrupted NOTICE — it read 'Copyright (c) 2024 Hanzo Flow'
where MIT requires the ORIGINAL upstream notice. Restored the exact upstream line
(Copyright (c) 2024 Langflow, verified against langflow-ai/langflow LICENSE) plus
the full MIT permission text, so the legal requirement (retain the original
copyright + permission notice in the distribution) is satisfied in the file where
it belongs — NOTICE.

With NOTICE correct, the README 'Forked from' line is redundant courtesy, not a
legal requirement, and is removed per direction. Attribution lives where it's
actually needed (NOTICE), not the marketing README.
