zeekay c9c9a0a955 refactor(db): source xorm engine from github.com/hanzoai/xorm v1.4.3 ...

Repoint the data layer off upstream xorm.io onto the in-house forks:
  xorm.io/xorm    -> github.com/hanzoai/xorm    v1.4.3
  xorm.io/builder -> github.com/hanzoai/builder v0.3.13
hanzoai/xorm v1.4.3 is upstream xorm.io/xorm v1.4.1 with only the import
paths and module line renamed (zero non-import drift, verified byte-for-byte),
so query construction, transactions, and schema Sync are the same engine.
Pure import-path substitution here: identifiers (xorm.*, builder.*) and
struct tags (xorm:"...") are unchanged. Removes the last upstream xorm.io
dependency from the module graph.
