Gitea shipped a system-font stack; the estate sets everything in Zen / Zen Mono
(design/tokens/fonts.css: the only family on Hanzo surfaces). @font-face the two
variable woff2 from the design estate and lead the --fonts-proportional /
--fonts-monospace stacks with them. The faces live under custom/public so gitea
serves them from /assets/fonts directly, no build step and no Google Fonts call
on an unauthenticated page; un-ignore custom/public so they ship in the tree.
