Frames v0.7.83

The toolchain publishes as @hanzo/frames. The singular @hanzo/frame belongs to the hero video primitive that already holds that name on npm; this is the many-frames toolchain, so it takes the plural and the workspace packages follow it (@hanzo/frames-core, @hanzo/frames-engine, and the rest).

This is the first release of the port that installs and updates correctly. Before it, the CLI manifest mapped frames to a bin/frames.mjs that did not exist, and the update path resolved the unscoped frames name — a different author's package — so a self-update could pull a stranger's code over the CLI. Both now point at the published package.

• Docs: Voice guidance names both routes — hosted speech on a Hanzo credential, and frames tts running Kokoro on-device with no account

Housekeeping

• Catalog pages generate root-relative preview paths served by the docs site, matching the pages already checked in
• Removed a one-shot preview backfill and a docs-image upload script, both of which targeted upstream storage
