The engine carried three vendored third-party logging plugins (gelf, gologging,
logstash) alongside the house logger. Four ways to emit a log line, three of them
vendored code we do not own and never configured.

internal/hanzolog backs the engine logging.Logger with hanzoai/log — the one
logger the rest of the Go estate already uses. The three plugins and their
vendored LICENSEs are deleted rather than left inert: 1201 lines out, 99 in.

Build + vet clean; all 6 packages test green.
