Replace old Node.js inference proxy with KrakenD-based API gateway matching the live k8s deployments. Includes: - configs/hanzo: Routes /v1/* (LLM), /commerce/*, /auth/* - configs/lux: Routes /ext/bc/C/rpc for mainnet/testnet/devnet - k8s manifests for both clusters (deployment + service) - CI/CD workflow with per-cluster deployment - Makefile for validate/deploy/status operations
