release: 8.0.1 for the three packages whose dependency edges moved

next-plugin now needs @hanzogui/loader, logo and demos need @hanzo/gui.
Their 8.0.0 releases point at names that cannot exist on the registry, so
they are superseded rather than amended — a published version is immutable.
