- Add oxlint and oxfmt as dev dependencies - Add .oxlintrc.json with rules matching previous biome config - Add .oxfmtrc.jsonc for formatting config (90 char width, no semi, single quotes) - Add .prettierrc for markdown/mdx fallback - Update package.json lint scripts to use oxlint/oxfmt - Update VSCode settings to use oxc extension
