Twelve slides and a six-part appendix, each with a real visual: the live
hanzo.ai fold, its "Everything connected", "Your laptop is the cluster" and
"Say what you want" bands as framed windows; the shipped workspace; the
GPQA-Diamond bars; the provider logos the design system ships; and, where a
screenshot would not say it, a drawing — seven bills standing up, a 1 MB square
beside a 477-byte one at true scale, cold-start bars, a ledger that adds up.

Everything moves on the one timeline with restraint — text rises, frames open,
bars grow, counters tick to their number — and is finished by 1.4s, so the
mid-slide still is the finished slide for exports and reduced motion. A counter
carries its final value in the DOM before anything moves: a seek suppresses
callbacks, so one that wrote only on update read zero in every still.

The bench rows on s8, s9 and A1–A3 render from deck/assets/bench.json, a copy
of lib/data/bench.json that deck/sync.mjs makes — the same file the landing
page's "Measured" band reads — so the site and the deck cannot disagree about a
number. Verified by paging all 18 at four window sizes: one visible, nothing
past the stage, every image loaded, every table rendered, every counter final,
and hyperframes check passing.
