The loss slide goes. What replaces it in the middle is the product itself — the
shipped workspace, the same bytes hanzo.ai serves, showing the agents an
organization runs and what one of them did while nobody was watching. A pitch
without a picture of the thing asks a reader to imagine it.

Ten sections in the order a stranger needs them: problem, solution, product,
vertical integration, two slides of measured proof, unit economics,
distribution, and the model. The eyebrows name the section, so the shape is
legible before the words are read.
