zeekay 89538e7b54 a reader can set their own type size, on every page ...

@hanzo/appearance's panel, docked bottom-right, clear of the composer. It
writes --type-scale, --density and --accent, which @hanzo/design multiplies
into every ramp — so the change reaches the whole page, not the tokens that
happen to be read directly.

44px target, closes on outside press and Escape, nothing mounted until asked.

Measured at 390, 834 and 1440: panel fully on screen at each, no sideways
scroll, and --type-scale moves 1 -> 1.15 when Large is picked.
