`.nvmrc` said 20 while the deploy workflow passed 22 and explained in a comment that it was overriding it — a floor written in two places with two values is not a floor. Both reasons for 22 are real and arrived separately: wrangler 4 refuses to start below it, and the noindex build step reads `lib/publish` directly, which needs the type stripping Node does for itself from 22.18. `.nvmrc` and `engines` now say it, the workflow comment no longer contradicts the file, and hanzo.yml records why it pins nothing of its own.
