zeekayandHanzo Dev 4ab008a779 /kai decides on the page: a decision that converges, and the whole story
The hero is one decision forming: a deploy's state, a three-way choice, and
the distribution that is Kai's answer, which deforms when the security review
flips. Below it, one short headline per idea: write vs decide, the answer
types, what flips a decision, incremental recompute, programs, the record,
policy, calibration, zero output tokens, agents, Zen and Enso, what ships
today, the call, the architecture.

Results now count the frozen harness (11 of 12, behind on Jailbreak) and name
Decision Index v2's count as what it is. The call shows the served
POST /v1/decisions schema; programs on the wire and Kai in Enso are marked in
progress, and the weights unpublished.

components/motion.tsx gains useReduced and useTween, additive.

/**
* The /kai hero: one decision, forming. A deploy's state, one question with three
* options, and the distribution Kai's answer is — which converges once on load
* and deforms when the reader changes the one fact that matters.
*
* EVERY PROBABILITY HERE IS AN EXAMPLE, and the window's bar says so. The shape
* is the API's own: a `choice` question over named options, answered with a
* `choice`, `probabilities` keyed by label, and `usage.output_tokens` of 0.
*
* The export draws the settled answer: the first render holds the targets, and the
* convergence from an even split plays only once the page knows motion is wanted.
