The owner's rule for every public page: publish what we win at, and do not
reveal what we are still working on. lib/kai decides it at presentation;
the research API keeps every run.
- The Decision Suite draws the tasks Kai wins and no other: a task Jev
leads, or one whose runs are not public, is not drawn, counted or named.
The count is out of the suite only while Kai wins every task ("16 of
16"), else bare ("15 tasks"); the landing's Research figure is the same
claim.
- The frozen harness board is the suites Kai leads and their mean; the
Jailbreak row and "all 12 suites" go, and so does UNPUBLISHED.
- MASSIVE language by language is the languages Kai leads ("ahead of Jev
on 31 languages"); /kai's tally says only that.
- Stability is drawn only while Kai leads it.
wins.spec holds every page to it once the runs are read: no row Jev leads,
no task Kai does not win named, no count against a total but every one.
suite.spec gives Jev one task (e2e/gates/wins.ts `lose`) so the cut is
always exercised now that Kai leads all sixteen.

*
* Everything here is read when the page opens: the research runs through
* `useKai`, the Decision Suite's cost row from the model list through

* `useSuite`, so the export carries no figure at all. Every figure and claim is
* lib/kai's; this file is layout.

* A row's best is at full ink, bold, whoever holds it; the rest read a step
* down. lib/kai publishes only the rows Kai leads. Wide tables scroll inside their

* window, which is why every grid here floors its tracks at zero.
