This route forwarded to hanzo.app, which held while that host served the
page. hanzo.app answers with a redirect now — its root sends a reader here
and every other path to the builder — so the forward arrived back at /dev
and the page could not be reached in a browser at all.

The page, its release model and the sync that resolves real assets move
here with it. sync-releases runs in the prebuild, so a surface that
publishes nothing to a reader stops rendering rather than offering a
button that 404s.
