Every tile on the "Every provider. One cloud." grid is now a real link to the
usage-plane connect surface (console.hanzo.ai/ai-accounts/accounts?provider=<id>,
derived from the @hanzo/usage catalog id — no parallel list) — keyboard-focusable,
aria-labelled, with a visible focus ring.
One card component for all 56 tiles. Each logo renders as a CSS mask filled with
currentColor, so every source SVG normalizes to one theme-aware monochrome
silhouette: fixes the green Codebuff, the invisible near-black OpenCode, and the
currentColor marks (DeepSeek/OpenRouter/ElevenLabs) that rendered black on dark.
Hover brightens logo + label + border as the clickable affordance.
Ship /providers/openai.svg for the flagship (the catalog carries no icon for it).
