zeekay 380a3f1b12 /chat: a stranger reads Chat's page, a member gets the app ...

/chat leaves app/(app) for the app root as /dev did: a door (Apex) with
Chat's answers. Signed out, bare /chat is Chat's page, server rendered
and indexable, on the app-page shape with ChatPreview playing; Open
Hanzo Chat signs in and comes back. A conversation, or an old ?thread=,
still signs a stranger in first (_away). Signed in, it is the app as
before, an old ?thread= moved to its path. The edge still serves
chat.html for every path under /chat; /chat/shared stays a room, and
rooms.json no longer withholds /chat.
