zeekay 4f2afbc3be /bounty: GitHub's open bounties, and no promise of money
hanzo.ai/bounty answered 404 while fifteen open issues labelled bounty
in hanzoai, hanzo-js and hanzo-go, and hanzoai/.github's CONTRIBUTING,
send readers there. The page that existed lives on the unmerged
rewards branch, on /v1/rewards, which api.hanzo.ai does not serve.

The page asks GitHub's issue search when it opens and draws the newest
six in the fold's window, each a link to its issue with its tier, and
the rest as one link to the same search. GitHub not answering, or
nothing open, is said. The words say how a bounty is taken and that
none pays money; under the fold, how to propose one and where a
security report goes. /oss links it.

LLM.md: the referral section as it now stands, and /bounty's.
