/login and /signup with a session already held sent the person straight
to where the sign-in was headed, skipping /onboarding, so an account
with no plan chosen was never shown pay's plans on that path, and the
Free chosen on /pricing was read and thrown away first. It now goes
through picker() like every completed sign-in: no plan chosen opens
pay's plans (with Back), anyone else goes straight on.
Testing: pnpm typecheck 0 errors; oxlint on panel.tsx shows the same 5
pre-existing warnings.
Risk: low: one path now passes the picker, which sends anyone with a
plan straight on.
How to revert: revert this commit.
