zeekay 1c0dd3195b benchmarks: the words go through @hanzo/i18n
The index, its boards and the shelf's pages wrap their prose: server
pages with <T>, the boards and the library with t(), and copy held in
data with phrase(). Figures read from the runs are values, and the
fields lib/kai, lib/tools, lib/coding and lib/tally hand a board are
drawn through t(), so they translate once those files emit keys. The
shared parts (Chapter, Fold, Stat, Tile, Panel, Mark) translate a
string where they draw it and take a node from a server page.

figures.spec lets the index import @hanzo/i18n: words in, words out,
never a figure.

/**
* THE INDEX TYPES NO NUMBER.
*
* /benchmarks quotes results from pages that carry the whole table, and it is
* where a figure is most tempting to type and least likely to be checked. It
* carried a frontier grid ranked first on every benchmark it named, a
* throughput twenty to ninety times the measurement, a Metal ratio and a
* LongMemEval baseline that disagreed with the files beside them, and a spawn
* time named for sandboxes it never measured. So every figure there is read
* from INDEX in lib/bench-data, and this reads the index's source and fails on
* any digit outside a comment. Style values count too: they live in the kit,
* so that a digit in the index can only be a claim.
*
* And the figures come from one place. An import from anywhere but bench-data,
* the registry and the kit is a second source, typed somewhere this does not
* look. The registry is allowed because the index renders only its names and
* prose, and that prose is held to the same rule below.
*
* This reads the source, not a render, so it runs without a server and fails on
* the commit that types the number.
