hanzo.ai mounts the one consent banner every Hanzo, Lux and Zoo site mounts
(@hanzo/ui/consent) in place of its own copy, and reads the choice through
@hanzo/event/react's useConsent. @hanzo/event 0.3.58 asks every visitor,
whatever their clock or country: nothing reaches Google, Meta or our own stream
before Accept, nothing after Reject, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track
is a refusal the banner does not ask about.

The conversion gates hold it: a visitor on a US clock is asked and sends
nothing until Accept, Reject sends nothing, #choices opens with every switch
off, and GPC and DNT each hold everything off with no banner. The gates'
answered visitor carries the policy version in force, 2.
