zeekayandHanzo Dev 3879bf4028 docs: fix dead org links and drop the Supabase claim from the stack table ...

Four link targets were wrong. github.com/zoofoundation does not exist — Zoo's
research org is zoo-labs, which the open-source page already uses. The ZAP
links were split across zap-protocol/zap and zap-proto/zap; both redirect, so
point them at the repo that actually exists, zap-proto/spec. The docs page
printed the repo as hanzoai/hanzo.industries, but it lives in hanzo-apps.

The stack table also credited Supabase for forms and analytics. There is no
Supabase in this codebase — no dependency, no client, no import. Analytics
posts to api.hanzo.ai/v1/event via components/Analytics.tsx, so name Hanzo
Cloud, and describe lib/ as what it holds.
