the tab shows the Hanzo mark, the same one hanzo.ai shows

Five Hanzo properties were showing four different favicons — this one pointed at
a UUID-named png left behind by the scaffolding it was generated from, so a
reader with tabs open across the estate could not tell which was ours.

Both files now come byte-for-byte from @hanzo/logo, which is where the mark
lives, and the declaration is hanzo.ai's: the .ico for browsers that want one
and the .svg for those that would rather scale it.
