zeekayandHanzo Dev 38d5c21917 fix(build): declare react-native-svg, which every icon module imports
`pnpm build` has been failing since the 8.x bump, independently of the compiler
change: Rollup cannot resolve "react-native-svg" from AlarmCheck.mjs.

@hanzogui/[email protected] imports react-native-svg in all 1760 of its icon
modules, but its manifest names it in neither dependencies nor peerDependencies
— `peerDependencies` is `{ react: ">=19" }` alone. 7.3.0 declared the peer, so
pnpm used to hoist it and the import happened to resolve; on 8.0.1 nothing asks
for the package and nothing installs it. hanzo/login hit exactly this and
declares it for the same reason.

This app really does depend on it, so it says so. Fixing the upstream
declaration is separate work; nothing here should wait on it.

No resolver change was needed: vite.config.ts already aliases react-native to
react-native-web and puts .web.* first in resolve.extensions, so the package
hands back its web variant rather than Flow source.

Verified: pnpm build exits 0 — 2798 modules, and the polyglot step's own
assertions pass under both dash and bash. pnpm typecheck and pnpm lint exit 0.
