Three orthogonal cleanups:
1. Module path shortened:
github.com/hanzoai/iam-go-sdk/v2 → github.com/hanzoai/iamsdk/v2
Repo renamed via gh API (hanzoai/iam-go-sdk → hanzoai/iamsdk).
GitHub auto-redirects old refs; module proxy will resolve via
the new canonical path once consumers update go.mod.
2. Vestigial 'HanzoIAM' / xorm:hanzo_iam User field removed.
Was a federation-provider column for users authenticating via
another upstream IAM instance — meaningless for a self-hosted
IAM that IS the source of truth. The field had zero readers in
the consumer (hanzo/iam) so deletion is safe.
3. No 'hanzo_' prefixed columns + no 'Hanzo' prefixed identifiers
in our public surface. Schema describes role, not brand.
