* feat: add Meshy.ai icon
Meshy.ai (https://meshy.ai) — AI-powered 3D model generation platform.
6 variants across 3 components:
- **Color**: full brand colorful icon (viewBox 0 0 64 65)
- **Mono**: single-color icon with `variant` prop
- `dark`: for light/lime backgrounds (6 paths, viewBox 0 0 128 128)
- `light`: for dark backgrounds (4 paths, viewBox 0 0 128 128)
- **Combine**: full logo (icon + wordmark) with `type` prop
- `color`: colorful icon + lime text (accent, viewBox 0 0 406 128)
- `dark`: for light/lime backgrounds (14 paths)
- `light`: for dark backgrounds (12 paths)

* feat: register Meshy in icons.ts and toc.ts
- Add export in src/icons.ts for consumer imports
- Add TOC entry with group=application, hasColor=true, hasCombine=true
* feat: add Venice icon (#283)
Codex review feedback: TOC generator requires index.md for every exported icon

Add Manifest (mnfst.dev) as an AI model provider icon with multi-color
logo support. Includes Color variant with original brand colors (#2430F0
blue, #2BE1B7 green, #F2C79C sand, #22110C dark brown), Mono variant
for single-color usage, Avatar with sand background, and Combine
component.
