Choosing a plan or a prepaid balance is the only way out of onboarding; it records completion and sends the person to checkout. The step machine refuses an empty answer on a step that is not skippable, so Skip, the arrow keys and the step dots cannot reach done without a plan. A catalog that fails to load offers Retry rather than a choice whose checkout cannot answer. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
