Pages was never enabled for this repo: the workflow failed on all four of its runs, and the host was already resolving to the ingress, which answered 404 for want of a route. The IDE's web build is static files — two entries and hashed assets — which is exactly the shape the Sites plane serves from s3://hanzo-sites/hanzo/<slug> with no pod. So the publish is the same site@v1 call every other site makes, with slug `ide` and dir `dist`, running on the forge's runners; the CNAME that existed for Pages goes with the workflow. `.hanzo/` stays local state except for the workflows the forge reads.
