The bundle PNGs carried an outlined glyph while icon.icns carried the solid
one, so the dock showed a different mark from everything else — and neither
matched public/mark.svg, which is the mark the IDE draws in its own window.

Regenerated the whole set from the solid mark on the existing plate, so macOS,
Windows, Android and iOS all show what the app shows.
