zeekayandHanzo Dev c549249a22 fix: the rename must not rewrite upstream URLs ...

A blanket meili->index substitution rewrote other people's repositories:

  bbqueue    git = https://github.com/index/bbqueue          (meilisearch/bbqueue)
  mini-dashboard assets-url -> github.com/index/...          (meilisearch/...)
  issue/PR links -> github.com/hanzoai/index/...             (upstream refs)

github.com/index does not exist, so cargo could not fetch bbqueue and the build
died in `cargo build --release -p search -p searchtool` with "failed to
authenticate when downloading repository" — which reads like a missing
credential and was actually a URL this rename invented.

An upstream URL is PROVENANCE, not our branding: it names where the code came
from and must survive a rebrand untouched. Restored across 36 files. Crate and
package names were never touched — Cargo.lock and every Cargo.toml `name =` are
unchanged, so the workspace graph is intact.
