## Admin API lives at `/v1/ingress/*`
The API handler (`pkg/api/handler.go`, `pkg/version`) serves only
`/v1/ingress/...`; the dashboard is told the same base. `pkg/api/apiprefix_test.go`
fails if any route is registered under `/api`, and asserts the old spellings
404 while `/v1/ingress/...` answers 200. CI runs `./pkg/api/...` (hanzo.yml).
