cloud purges the tag site-<org>-<slug> when a site publishes and Cloudflare
answers it, "cloudflare purge ok" for site-hanzo-hanzo-ai on every hanzo.ai
publish, but no page served from s3://hanzo-sites/<org>/<slug> carried a tag,
so the purge flushed nothing and the edge kept each page for its s-maxage
after the store had the new one: 8 to 38 s on hanzo.ai. A page of such a root
now names the tag; an asset, whose name changes with its bytes, does not.
