* test: Add network failure and retry behavior tests Add comprehensive test suite for validating client behavior under network failure conditions including: - EOF and connection drop scenarios (headers-only close, no response) - Retry behavior verification with eventual success - Event loss detection when max retries exceeded - TCP drop scenarios (after connect, headers, during body) - Both RST and graceful FIN close handling * revert go version * revert go to 1.21 * revert go version * fix(logging): Change transient network failures from ERROR to WARN Network failures during retry attempts are now logged as WARN instead of ERROR. This reduces log noise for customers since these failures are expected during temporary network issues and typically recover automatically. ERROR level is now reserved for permanent failures: - Messages dropped after exhausting all 10 retry attempts - Client closed during retry - Non-retryable errors This addresses customer complaints about excessive ERROR logs during normal operation with occasional network hiccups. * go 1.23 is the oldest supported version of go * make the test parametrized, adjusted timeouts so they run fast * version * revert version to 1.21 * updated doc * added test for dropping messages if closed the client
