zeekay e43ab1afe7 chore: rename all PostHog references to Insights/Hanzo

Bulk rename across 989 files:
- Package names: posthog-js → @hanzo/insights, posthog-node → @hanzo/insights-node, etc.
- Repository URLs: posthog/posthog-js → hanzoai/insights-js
- Brand names: PostHog → Insights
- File renames: 259 reference JSON files, source files, workflow files
- Directory rename: eslint-plugin-posthog-js → eslint-plugin-insights

Remaining: 8 refs to @posthog/rrweb-* (real npm deps, need fork+publish)

Insights React Playground

This is a Next.js playground application that demonstrates the @hanzo/react SDK.

Features

Cat Gallery: A grid of cat images from cataas.com
Event Display: Real-time display of Insights events in the top-right corner

Running the Playground

Important: This playground is excluded from the main workspace, so you need to install dependencies separately.

Navigate to this directory:
```
cd playground/react-nextjs
```
Install dependencies:
```
pnpm install
```
Run the development server:
```
pnpm dev
```
Open http://localhost:3000 in your browser
Scroll down to see the cat gallery come into view and watch the $element_viewed event appear in the event display

How It Works

The EventDisplay component intercepts Insights events and displays them in real-time
