Two things in the schema were spelled for a server we do not run, and each one stopped the migration graph dead — a rejected CREATE means the table never exists, which surfaces much later as a read failing on a missing column. CLICKHOUSE is a word in the dictionary-source grammar, resolved against a fixed registry of source types, not a product name in our surface. Renaming it to DATASTORE made every `CREATE DICTIONARY` fail with `unknown dictionary source type: datastore`. The five dictionaries that already existed were created before the rename, which is why nothing looked wrong until a new one was added. Proved by probing the live server: DATASTORE is rejected, CLICKHOUSE accepted. `map_serialization_version` is not a setting this server has at all, so it refused the whole logs34 and trace-spans CREATE. It only chooses a storage layout for Map columns; the default holds the same data. The credential mask keys on `PASSWORD '…'`, not on the source keyword, so it still redacts.
