zeekay 0a306bf348 Serve the plugin's own API at /v1/ only ...

Django already calls the recording and CDP APIs at /v1/projects/...,
while the plugin still routed them under /api/, so every call 404'd.
The routes, the rasterizer's block fetch, the command endpoint and
their tests move to /v1/.
