zeekay e85f19465f fix: restore the modules the convergence swept, so a fresh clone boots ...

The delete/modify sweep took 35 modules whose importers survived it —
insights/iam.py under the flags proxy and the recordings gate, the temporal
session-summary and summarization-sweep packages, the AI eval harnesses, the
subscriptions activities, growth enrichment, pulse generation. Each is
restored where it lives rather than removing the code that reads it. Four v3
datastore migrations join the eight already neutered: they ran on the live
warehouse under those names and build nothing on a fresh bootstrap.
Definitions follow their module home, and the import gate stops reading
semgrep fixtures, which name the pattern a rule must catch rather than a
module the app imports.
